Their presence at Goodwood was marked by the introduction of two new energy vehicles: the EH7 and the EHS7.

HONGQI EH7

This B-segment all-electric sedan is set to be pre-sold in Europe, with dimensions of 4980×1915×1490 mm and a wheelbase of 3000 mm, offering both rear-wheel and four-wheel drive options. The maximum range is 660km. It is equipped with a 85/111 kWh battery, supporting fast charging, charging for 5 minutes provides a range of over 100 kilometers.

HONGQI EHS7

With a design concept inspired by natural dynamics, the vehicle measures 4925×1950×1680 mm with a wheelbase of 3000 mm, delivering a maximum power of 253 kW . It features distinctive 7-shaped LED dynamic headlights, eco-friendly interior materials, and advanced technology configurations. The EHS7 has the potential to compete in the high-end European SUV market.

During the festival, HONGQI held a press conference where Yang Dayong, the President of Overseas Business Division of China FAW Group Co., Ltd, and the Chairman of China FAW Group Import & Export Co., Ltd. announced the pre-order of the EH7 and EHS7 for the European market. This marks HONGQI’s ambitious entry into Europe, blending its rich heritage with cutting-edge electric vehicle technology. The announcement was met with enthusiasm, signaling HONGQI’s strategic expansion and commitment to offering luxurious, eco-friendly vehicles to discerning European consumers.
